Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this bid is to establish a firm, fixed price for physical security at the Panama City Marina and the St. Andrews Marina,includingall structures, vessels, vehicles, and equipment contained therein. B. This is an unarmed security officer assignment. The guard will wear a security uniform and badge and comply with Florida Statute 493. C. All security guards assigned to the marinas must be able to swim. D. Specific duties are as outlined in Section IV, Security Operations Procedures. E. Bidder shall comply with all applicable provisions of Florida Statute 493; specifically, the security agency shall have a Class "B" license and any security officer shall possess a Class "D" license. The security agency shall also carry insurance in accordance with Florida Statute 493.6110 and provide proof thereof, naming the City as an additional insured. Insurance requirements are detailed in Section IV.
