Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provide and install 46 Card Readers, DPS, REX (PIR) and door strikes on new access doors leading to the secured Court Administration corridor behind all the courtrooms and from the Jury Rooms on floors 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 10 & 11. See Exhibit “1” for floor plans, riser diagram and card reader locations. b. Refer to PBC ESS Card Access Specification SECTION 28 1300 - Access Control Revision (12/07/2022). See Exhibit “2”. c. Provide and install an enclosure panel model number Lenel LNL-AL600ULX4CB6 on all locations specified in Exhibit “1”. d. Provide and install a Lenel: power supply, an intelligent controller, dual reader boards and a 12V 7.5 amp hour battery inside the Lenel access panels. See exhibit 1 for actual locations. e. Provide and install an Altronix A6000 power supplies for door locks with quantity 2 - 12V 7.5 amp hour backup batteries at each location. f. Program all new card readers on the Main County Courthouse onGuard software including adding the doors on the existing maps. g. Install Fire release relays on every floor to be connected to the locks power supplies. h. All card access door strikes shall be fail safe. i. All card access cabling shall be labeled on both ends of cables identifying door location. j. All wiring shall meet or exceed manufacturers’ recommendations. Plenum rated required when not in conduit. k. Provide and install 128 Lenel door licenses. Contractor shall coordinate with ESS for licenses information. l. Lenel card access system programming and installation shall be completed by an authorized Lenel dealer and installer. p. Lenel card access system programming shall be done on site or at Palm Beach County’s ESS facility located at 2633 Vista Parkway WPB, FL 33411. q. Install 120 VAC 20amp duplex outlet in close proximity to the new Lenel card access panel. Exact location to be determined at pre-construction meeting. Exact electrical panel to be used to be determined at pre-construction meeting.
