Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project is a one story building bearing on shallow spread footings, load bearing masonry exterior and interior walls, and precast roof structure. There is full demolition of two existing buildings on the site. Interior finishes include a high-end acoustical ceiling and panel package, standard floor finishes (carpet tile, ceramic tile, LVT), drywall partitions, and millwork/cabinets. The HVAC consists of a Dx Dual Path System with VAV boxes, one fan coil unit and exhaust fans. Ductwork will provide air supply and the return is a plenum system. The electrical system is standard with a gear package, branch power, interior light fixtures, site lighting, lightning protection and fire alarm system. The building also includes an extensive, high-end audio/visual package for broadcast television to public access channels. Other systems include substantial structured cabling, intrusion detection, camera systems, access control (card readers, door monitors, etc.), public safety enhancement system (BDA), and cell phone distributed antenna system. Sitework includes civil demolition, clearing/grubbing, grading, fill, utilities, asphalt parking, curbs, striping, and sidewalks. The site is surrounded by a perimeter fencing and sliding gates at driveway entrances.
