Specifications include, but are not limited to: Day 1 noon - 6:00 p.m. FCSUA staff move in materials, set up registration area, store equipment Institute registration area – Large U with 2 tables set against wall, w/ power Day 2 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Registration/check in, institute logistics, staging, etc. Institute registration area – Large U with 2 tables set against wall, w/ power Storage area (with 24 hours access) 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Facilitator preparation Set for 25 attendees, classroom setup Coffee, tea, and water in morning – Charge by consumption Coffee, tea, sodas, in afternoon – Charge by consumption 1 screen, 1 equipment cart (will use staff laptop and UCF LCD) 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Workshop for 50 attendees (can set as for opening session) Ballroom – set for 20 rounds of 8 (150 – 160, half tables OK) 8 X 18 riser, head table (6 chairs) and lectern 3 microphones at head table, lectern mic, lavalier mic (wireless) Coffee, tea, and water in morning – Charge by consumption Coffee, tea, sodas, in afternoon – Charge by consumption Laptop, 2-10’ screens, 2 LCD projectors, 2 equipment carts – project 1 image noon Lunch buffet for 70 (facilitators, workshop participants, staff)
