The scope of services includes providing complete architectural design and construction oversight of the project. The Honors College facility will comprise classrooms, office spaces, study spaces, and other student support spaces. Additional amenities that may be beneficial to the Honors College program include, but are not limited to, meeting rooms, group study areas, music practice rooms, audio and video editing rooms, video conference rooms, and maker spaces. A preliminary building program identifies site requirements, space requirements, interior amenities, site amenities, quality of construction, materials and systems, overall gross area of the project, a project budget, organizational requirements, furniture and equipment, technology requirements, and infrastructure / environmental requirements.
