This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC_2025-04 / 06-11-2025. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 541380, Testing Laboratories, with a Size Standard of $16.5 Million, applies to this procurement. Bruce W. Carter, Miami VA Healthcare System intends to award a single firm fixed price contract, with base plus four (4) one-year options. This contract is for Thermometer and Pipette Calibration Service. This procurement is a 100% Small Business (SB) Set-Aside and all eligible quoters are encouraged to submit quotes.
