Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide all material, labor, permits, fees, and tools required to complete the installation of specified systems. To provide installation of all items, including delivery, dispersing to the proper locations within the building, and affixing in place. Installation shall be accomplished by workers skilled in their craft who will perform their work in a professional manner and will leave the premises safe, orderly, and clean. Base Bid includes two (2) doors and all other associated work for Phase 1A & Phase 1B. Bid Additive includes three (3) doors and all other associated work for Phase 1C & Phase 1D.
