Incident Report Management: • Toho Water Authority will have unlimited access to build, edit, and submit incident reports. • All essential data, whether related to employees, equipment, injuries, or other miscellaneous details, should be directly enterable within the primary incident report interface without the necessity of accessing a secondary dialogue box. • Historical tracking with filtering options • Attachment capabilities including photos, videos, and documents. This includes the ability to upload from mobile devices as well. • Ability to assigned value to individual questions for scoring purposes 4.
