Specifications include, but are not limited to: The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall provide deferred maintenance, renovation and repairs to school facilities including, but not limited to, ADA and CSIR compliance requirements, replacement of exterior doors and windows, gutter and downspout repair, repair to any exterior finishes such as stucco, roof replacement, fire alarm system upgrades, upgrades to the intercom/sound system, security system, HVAC, exhaust fans, sheet metal and outside air damper replacement, electrical switchgear, lighting replacement, paving and play court resurfacing, marquees and scoreboards, bathroom replacements, ceiling and flooring replacements, interior finishes/painting/casework, and other Work as may be required by the OWNER.
