Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Tampa is seeking proposals for Building and Event Security services from experienced and well qualified security guard service companies with demonstrated experience in the hospitality industry for the Tampa Convention Center (TCC), located at 333 South Franklin Street, Tampa, Florida, 33602. The Successful Proposer shall be responsible for providing approximately 17,500 hours annually of overall building and property security and approximately 25,000 hours (more or less) annually of event security. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease the required hours under this proposal. This section defines the scope of work to be accomplished by successful Proposer under the terms and conditions of this RFP as well as the tasks to be performed by Successful Proposer and the responsibilities of the City of Tampa, Tampa Convention Center.
