Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. OCPS OEM intends to purchase the services of the I Love U Guys Foundation to conduct training staff on the SRM via the I Love U Guys’ “REx Reunification Exercise” package. We expect a total of 104 participants composed of district employees and relevant community partners. Subsequently, OCPS OEM intends to incorporate training from the I Love U Guys Foundation during the 2024 Preparedness Days Event. We intend to purchase two sessions of the “Educator Focused In-Service Professional Development” course to be administered by the I Love U Guys Foundation to attending Principals and Assistant Principals. The second day of Preparedness Days will consist of a functional exercise of the OCPS Reunification Plan; in which instructors from the I Love U Guys Foundation will act as exercise evaluators. This reunification exercise will include participation from various district departments and community partners. We expect approximately 700-800 in total attendance containing exercise participants, internal, and external practitioners.
