Pasco County has entered into an agreement with the Lightning Foundation for the construction of two (2) outdoor street hockey rinks within the County. As part of its obligations under this Agreement, the County is required to construct pads required for such facilities. To perform the work required, the County is seeking the services of a State or Pasco County licensed Contractor to provide labor, materials, equipment and permitting to construct the two (2) Street hockey rinks, one (1) at J. Ben Harrill Recreational Complex, at 28280 Gulf Trace Blvd., Holiday, FL 34691, and one (1) at Wesley Chapel District Park, at 7727 Boyette Rd., Wesley Chapel, FL 33545, per the plans and specifications included in the Contract Documents.

Event Note

All bidders are encouraged to attend a non-mandatory pre-bid construction meeting for this project. The pre-bid construction meeting will start at 10:00 am, April 24, 2020 at J. Ben Harrill Recreational Complex and then we will travel to Wesley Chapel District Park.

Interested Contractors will call the Purchasing Department at 727-847-8194, ext. 8245 to confirm they will attend. Pasco County will be following the CDC requirements during the site visits and only ten people will be permitted at the site visit. If needed, an additional site visit will be scheduled.
