ITB 18-13 - Replace Electrical Main Switchboard & Panels at Crestview High School

The School District of Okaloosa County is accepting bid proposals for Contractor Services to provide all labor, material, supplies and any additional equipment required to replace the Main Switchboard and Panels in the Electrical Service Equipment Building located behind the Crestview High School.  Crestivew High School is located in Crestview, Florida.  The Okaloosa County School District has recently purchased and stored the Main Switchgear and Panels for this project.  The School District supplied equipment for this project is stored at the Carver Hill Administrative Complex warehouse which is also located in Crestview, Florida and is approximately 3.6 miles in distance from the Crestview High School.  Contractor is responsible for transportation, the loading and unloading of the supplied equipment for transporting to the job site and for its protection from the elements, for replacing and installing equipment in the Electrical Service Equipment Building, to include coordinating schedule of events with District personnel.  The Contractor is responsible for examining the requirements including any measurements needed to complete this project.  Specifications are provided on the electronic plans which is included in the bid.  The Okaloosa County School District anticipates the services for this project to begin during the summer months.
