The scope of services shall include the research and development of an Educational Plant Survey Report in accordance with the requirements of section 1013.31, Florida Statutes and the 2014 State Requirements for Educational Facilities as adopted by the Florida Department of Education, whichever is in effect at time of survey completion. The report must be completed and delivered to the Okaloosa County School District Facilities Department by April 30, 2018.
