MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE:
1. Two (2) Mandatory Pre-Bid Conferences will be held December 14 and December 15, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at the Hernando County Department of Public Works, 1525 East Jefferson Street, Brooksville, FL 34601. Bidders are REQUIRED to attend and participate in at least one (1) of the conferences.
2. Only Bidders present at one (1) or more of the Pre-Bid Conference may submit a bid for this solicitation.
3. Attendees must be present at the start of the pre-bid conference. Arrival after the start of the pre-bid conference shall be cause for disqualification.
