1. This project consists of the construction of 5’ sidewalk on the west side of Jason Road from Tillery Road to Chalmer Street, the west side of Elwood Road from Norvell Road to Mariner Boulevard, the east side of Lamson Avenue from Norvell Road to Hearth Road, the south side of Timbercrest Road from Landover Boulevard to Elwood Road and the east side of Landover Boulevard from Northcliffe Boulevard to Norvell Road. Includes, but not limited to, Right of Way (ROW) survey locating, handrails, striping, existing sign removal/relocate, new sign installation and sodding.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held OCTOBER 7, 2019, @ 10:00 AM, at the Hernando County Purchasing and Contracts Department, 1653 Blaise Dr., Brooksville, FL 34601. Representatives of Owner will be present to discuss the project. Bidders are required to attend and participate in the conference. THIS CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ONLY ONCE AND FAILURE TO ATTEND AND SIGN IN SHALL DISQUALIFY ANY BIDDER NOT ATTENDING FROM SUBMITTING A BID. ATTENDEES MUST BE PRESENT AT THE START OF THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE. ARRIVAL AFTER THE START OF THE PREBID CONFERENCE SHALL BE CAUSE FOR DISQUALIFICATION.
