20-047 - Langley Avenue Roundabout

Reconstruction of the intersection of Langley Avenue and Hilltop Road to incoroporate a roundabout for the purpose of both traffic calming as well as to provide a safe ingress/egress method for new Hitzman Park soccer complex. Proposed construction will include milling, pavement reconstruction, sidewalk, pavers, curb and gutter, drainage, pavement markings, signage, landscaping, and irrigation. The proposed improvements will be built to meet all applicable standards and specifications from City of Pensacola.

Due to coronavirus concerns, specifications and contract documents (Project Manual) may not be examined in person, but will be posted to the City’s website at www.cityofpensacola.com/bids.aspx. Pre-bid conference attendees will be notified of addenda. Addenda will be posted to the City’s website. Bidders are responsible for obtaining addenda, and are advised to check the website frequently.
