Summary of Specifications:
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is requesting Submittals of statements of qualifications (“Submittal”) from towing companies (“Respondent/Contractor”). Respondent is to provide year round removal and impounding of abandoned or illegally parked vehicles from the right of way of the service area identified in Appendix A. In addition, the Respondent would remove and impound rented motor scooters illegally operated after dark during Spring Break.
