Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this voluntary Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit interest from an experienced and qualified firm capable of providing comprehensive project management services as the owner’s representative and the design criteria professional (as defined in Section 287.055, Florida Statutes) in the design, bidding, contracting, construction and close-out of (i) the entrance road to the park next described and (2) phase one of a sports park to be constructed on the east end of Panama City Beach, generally described in the program dated January 12, 2016, prepared by the Sports Force, attached, incorporated and marked Exhibit A to these instructions.
