Summary of Specifications:
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified firms with experience in café operations to furnish all services, labor, and materials necessary to provide a cafe within the Bay County Government Center located at 840 W. 11th Street, Panama City, FL 32401. Bidders must be deemed qualified by the County and have a minimum of five years previous similar experience. The cafe will be accessible by and available to approximately 300 staff employees located in the complex area and to the general public conducting business at the complex. Additionally, throughout the year, many departments host or sponsor special functions such as retirement receptions, departmental luncheons, dinner meetings, working luncheons, open houses, etc. which could require catering services from the cafe operation.
