RFP-16-33 - CEI Services for Thomas Drive Pedestrian Facilities Ph VI

Summary of Specifications:
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking Qualifications from firms to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection Services and Resident Compliance Specialist (RCS) Services for the Thomas Drive Pedestrian Facilities Phase VI Design/Build Project. The construction consists of the installation of a sidewalk on the west side of Thomas Drive (from Buck Lane to Laird Street) and on Laird Street (one side) from Thomas Drive to Treasure Palms Drive. The estimated time to complete the design/build is 370 days. The CEI contract time shall be 45 days following the closeout of the construction contract, or by November 13, 2017, whichever occurs first. The project is being funded by a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Local Agency Project (LAP) Agreement (#409801-6-68-01).
