Summary of Specifications:
Bay County is seeking bids from qualified Contractors for the construction of a 240 square foot addition to the existing Animal Control building located at 6401 Bayline Drive, Panama City, FL 32404. The facility shall be constructed in accordance with Robb Davis Design plans titled “Bay County Animal Control Addition” dated 04/15/2016 (ATTACHMENT 2).
The Contractor shall be responsible for complete construction, including but not limited to, demolition, disposal, site preparation, slab and footers, building construction with insulation, plumbing, electrical service and distribution, telephone/data service, HVAC, roofing, drainage improvements, and all other work associated with complete construction, site restorations, and clean-up. The Contractor shall supply all permits, materials, and labor necessary to construct the addition. The work shall comply with all applicable building codes and standards.
