The Contractor shall deliver alarm system equipment to the U.S. Embassy in Guatemala. The contractor shall provide all required labor, personnel, materials, and equipment for the installation in accordance with the specifications of this statement of work (SOW). In addition, the US Embassy in Guatemala requires troubleshooting support and training for the alarm system.
All equipment and services purchased must comply with Section 889 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The US Government will not procure or accept services, telecommunication equipment, or surveillance equipment manufactured by ZTE, Huawei, and Xiaomi (or any subsidiary or affiliate of such entities), Hytera Communications Corporation, Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Company, or Dahua Technology Company (or any subsidiary or affiliate of such entities).
The Contractor shall deliver all items not later twenty (20) calendar days after date of award.
Quotations are due by Thursday, May 9, 2024, by 17:00 hours.
No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
