Specifications include, but are not limited to: The licensed contractor will conduct program-specific outreach on Delaware Child Psychiatry Access Program (DCPAP) to pediatric practitioners throughout Delaware, with an initial focus in Sussex and Kent Counties. The successful bidder will introduce the pediatric practitioners to the benefits and expectations of the program. The successful bidder will coordinate registration of the pediatric practitioners with the Delaware Child Psychiatry Access Program (DCPAP) and provide all information and technical requirements to the practitioners so that they may participate in the program. The successful bidder will coordinate telephone consultations between pediatric practitioners who request a consultation and the child psychiatrist consultants contracted into the program. The successful bidder will collect, maintain and report aggregate data from outreach opportunities and consultations through forms completed by the practitioners and the child psychiatrists. The successful bidder is expected to maintain a list of community resources of behavioral health services, and provide information to pediatric practitioners for appropriate referrals. The successful bidder is expected to assist in the coordination of training opportunities for pediatric providers in cooperation with the DCPAP contracted Project Manager.
