Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Management Develop and manage project schedule/calendar providing sufficient time for planning for the preparation and review of documents and reports in advance of deadline. Coordinate and oversee project activities. Coordinate and manage subcontractors as necessary through routine meetings and reports, including contract management. Coordinate the collection of data and analysis from Evaluation Contractor (CDHS). Grants Management Collect and maintain information for required grant reporting, and other reports requested by the Principal Investigator. Manage the Continuing Application process on an annual basis, including the planning, development, and submission. Develop documents for required reporting, coordinate review and submission. Manage the carryover request and/or grant period extension request preparation in advance of deadlines. Track all expenditures for the grant and ensure appropriate and applicable spending, including spend-out at grant close-out. Providing a monthly report to the Principal Investigator. Coordinate completion of Federal Financial Report submission as required by the grant guidance. Budget Management Prepare and coordinate approval of all requisitions for grant purchases. Track all grant related expenditures and reconcile budget on a monthly basis. Ensure expenditures align with planned grant spending, and coordinate any redirection of funding required. Attend monthly Cumulative Financial Meetings each month and coordinate any grant budget and procurement issues. Coordinate the receipt of invoices from contracted organizations and coordinate approval process. Manage any issues with payments.
