Specifications include, but are not limited to: Student Services Support Staff are individuals who assist building staff in monitoring students in various capacities. The Student Services Support Staff will include services in the form of: Hall Monitor Time-out Monitor In school Suspension/Redirection Monitor The vendor will provide building principals with weekly updates on student progress, issues, etc. • The vendor will provide school-wide training in their behavior intervention model that will be used in the program and provide additional support to school staff who are dealing with challenging student issues. • The vendor will provide the district with a sample of the established exit criteria before August 21, 2019. • The vendor will track service delivery and provide the district with monthly documentation. • With approval of building administration, the vendor will actively involve the parents/guardians of the students in the program through open communication, family group sessions at the school, and recommendations to other support agencies`. • The vendor will provide evidence that the employees hired have received training in deescalation, character education, behavior modification, re-direction and crisis reduction character education before starting in a placement.
