Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Patrol facilities to prevent vandalism, loitering, trespass, solicitations, theft, and safety concerns. 2. Hours may be increased or decreased within 12 hour notice by the Christina School District which will include any closures due to inclement weather, as soon as possible. The contractor will not bill for hours not worked due to inclement weather or when ample notice has been provided. 4. Patrol exterior parking lots and perimeter check of the building. Vendor will be responsible for providing a patrol vehicle. These procedures may be amended by mutual agreement. Supervision of the security patrol officers will be the responsibility of the contractor’s management. 5. Management personnel of the contractor will make recommendations to Christina School District for improvement of safety; security of life, limb and property. 6. Security patrol officers shall be alert, physically fit, cause or aid in the apprehension of all persons guilty of misconduct by contacting the District Office designee and shall aid in the prosecution of said persons by testifying on behalf of the Christina School District.
