Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proper cleaning/preparation/minor repairing of surfaces to be painted. Application of a minimum of two coats (one coat prime and minimum of one coat finish) of wall color interior paint best suited for commercial/public school high traffic applications. Same process and coatings for all hall-facing doors, door frames, and window frames (contrasting colors). Application of painted security striping around the top of all halls (color to be determined based on school security plan) with proper number of coats required for full saturation of color. Any necessary protection for all surrounding surfaces. Clean up and removal of all materials and repair/remediation of any damage caused by overspray, spills or other incidents during the course of the project. Paint product covering and product adherence to be warranted for a minimum of two years. Drawing of school layout and specified areas will be provided at mandatory pre-bid meeting.
