Specifications include, but are not limited to: Via either in-person, online, on-site or other methods, the vendor is required to provide assistance to members in the following areas: Work/Life: o Balancing Work & Family o Time Management o Working with Others o Occupational Stress o Career Development o Workplace Safety / Productivity Personal Well-Being: o Anxiety; Depression; Substance Abuse o Relationships; Family/Parenting o Stress Management; Grief and Loss Living Resources: o Financial Help; Legal Assistance o Childcare; Adult Care ; The services are available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, and contacts are completely confidential and provided at no cost to the member. ;Professional Counseling Services. Members can obtain a maximum of five (5) in-person, one-on-one professional counseling sessions annually (plan year) per topic or concern, and, if needed, a referral to receive continued professional counseling services through the member’s health care plan
