Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Review of current Facilities Assessment (FA) Document developed in 2011 2. Review of current FA Document developed for Wilmington Schools 3. Review of current list of deferred maintenance items as maintained by the District in the School Dude Planning Module 4. Field survey of all operating facilities owned by the District by architects and engineers registered in the state of Delaware and well versed in the all code requirements in force in the jurisdictions of the City of Wilmington, New Castle County, and the City of Newark 5. Evaluation of all operating facilities owned by the District in a manner consistent with the current FA to include, but not limited to Architectural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Roof, ADA, Life/Safety and Civil. 6. Update and reissuance of the FA with prioritized recommendations to including basic scope of work and associated budgetary magnitude.
