Provide all certifications, licenses and affiliations with related professional organizations for meteorologists and other staff assigned to the project including resumes. (b)StaffSpecify size of forecasting crew during daytime and nighttime hours and the overall size of the forecasting staff. 2 Technology:(a)Weather forecasting methodology methods.(b)Provide detail on verification process regarding the accuracy of forecasts and how the results are used as part of quality improvement programs. Provide any applicable verification results, along with explanations of how the statistics were calculated. 3 Business scope: (a)Provide description of experience and capabilities onweather forecast services regarding current or past contracts for any or all or both of the following states: Connecticut; Maine; Maryland; Delaware; Massachusetts; New Hampshire; New Jersey; New York; Pennsylvania; Rhode Island; Vermont; Virginia; and West Virginia. Provide references including name, address, contract number, contract value, dates of contract, telephone number and email address and your knowledge of weather conditions. b)Notifications Submit a minimum of three (3) samples of notifications including information and format that are similar to the requirements provided.
