Specifications include, but are not limited to: Obtain all State and Local Permits and Approvals for the location and installation of a new well at Southeast Park, including but not limited to, Public Water System Screening Form, Public Water System Well Site Suitability Certification, Safe Yield Testing, Water Quality Test, and a Well Permit Exception Application. Contractor shall also coordinate with CTWater. Locate the well near the concessions building not to impede on the playing fields. (Map will be provided at the mandatory walkthrough.) Drilling up to four hundred feet deep, water tie-in, associated electrical connections for the well, and all associated trenching from the well to the concessions building shall be included in the lump sum cost. Contractor is responsible for the restoration of the disturbed area, which shall include loaming and seeding. Contractor shall provide and install a Gould (or an approved equal) stainless steel constant pressure pump that is properly sized for the building. Contractor shall provide and install water meter, smooth stainless steel sample ports, and blow down water filter. Contractor shall provide a separate lump sum cost for the installation of a Gould (or an approved equal) stainless steel pump and tank properly sized for the building. Contractor shall provide and install water meter, smooth stainless steel sample ports, and blow down water filter. Well shall be properly sized for the building and have a 6” minimum casing. Well shall be able to produce State minimum water GPM requirements. All well testing required for potable water for use by the facility shall be included in the lump sum cost.
