Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide no fewer than two (2) and no more than three (3) roll-off containers for the metal, depending on the Town’s current conditions/needs for disposal capacity. Each roll-off container shall be at least 40 cubic yards. If larger, please note the size that the contractor will be supplying to the Town. The Contractor may propose other types of containers for the collection of metal. The Town reserves the right to review such other proposals and may accept or reject such alternate proposals based upon the needs of the Town. The Contractor shall remove the containers as they become full and provide empty replacement containers for each full container removed. The Town requires a SCHEDULEDweekly collection from the period of April 1stto October 31st. If an additional collection is necessary, the Contractor shall respond within forty-eight (48) hours, Monday throughSaturday, 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM, to a call from the Town for removal of full containers. The scheduled weekly pick up may be changed by mutual agreement if the Town finds the containers are not full.From November 1stthrough March 31stthe Town will callin when collection is required, and service must be provided within the forty-eight (48) hour window
