Specifications include, but are not limited to: The values to be determined shall be the present true and actual value of each parcel of real property as that term is used in Title 12 of the Connecticut General Statutes and shall be based upon recognized methods of appraisal and conform to Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices, as required by Connecticut General Statutes for the licensing and certification of all individuals involved in the appraisal of real estate. The Project will cover and include all real property in East Hampton including the following categories: 1. All taxable real estate, land, buildings, and improvements. 2. All tax-exempt real estate, land, buildings, and improvements. 3. All public utility real estate.
