Specifications include, but are not limited to: . Perform hazardous materials testing and submit all conclusive reports to the Town. 2. Shear or cut down all structural steel onsite and reduce to manageable quantities as required for safe removal by road transportation. 3. Haul all demolished material offsite to an approved facility for proper disposal. Provide details of manifest. 4. NOTE: All removed material must be weighed for verification purposes at Stratford Transfer Station and upon immediate transportation offsite, prior to being transported to final destination. The transfer station facility is located at Watson Boulevard, Stratford, CT. 5. Contractor shall be required to provide the Town with official tickets issued upon acceptance of material at final destination facility, identifying material and tonnage. 6. Contractor shall be responsible for securing the immediate work area from the general public in the instance where security fencing has not already been installed by the Town. 7. Contractor must install all necessary silt fencing and protective barriers to eliminate potential soil and other contamination of nearby by pond and waterways. 8. Provide written schedule of removal, subject to weather permitting
