Specifications include, but are not limited to: review written policies and/or procedures of the Fairfield Police Department which apply to the ranks of Police Detective, Police Sergeant, and Police Lieutenant, this shall include copies of the position description documents for their inspection and use in development of test questions. The Contractor will then utilize the aforementioned documents in the development of the written examination and assessment center exercises. The Contractor shall ensure that no person, other than those designated by the Chief of Police, shall have access to any information regarding the written examination, assessment center, exercises, concepts, development materials, response/performance guidelines, or any related material.
