Specifications include, but are not limited to:. 1. The Solution needs to interface with the Navex hotline and case management system (Ethics Point) utilized by UConn and UConn Health. Specifically, it should integrate current policies into the case management system for investigators to reference and select during the case review and determination phases of the process. In addition, it should integrate with the existing Reportline and Datix, allowing reporting parties to reference specific University Policies. Text 2. The Solution needs to be flexible in providing user access to several users to administer the process, based on their role with policy management. The access levels may vary based on the users role in the policy management process. If there is a per-user cost associated with access, the University requests pricing information for 50, 100, and 150 users respectively. Text 3. The Solution needs to have the capability of administering the entire policy management process for the University, which includes writing and revising policies, cross-university collaboration for review and approval, publishing policies and archiving old or outdated policies. Text 4. The Solution needs to be accessible (via tablet, desktop computer, laptop, or smartphone), providing for a cloud-based solution which can be accessed by external users on laptops, tablets, and smart phones. The Solution needs to be accessible to meet the needs of the ITC Accessibility Policy. Text 5. The Solution needs to be customizable to ensure the policy management process aligns with institutional needs. Text 6. The Solution needs to have the capability of publishing policies and procedures publicly or internally, with restricted access based on affiliation with the University. If this feature requires an additional cost, the University requests information on pricing with and without this feature.
