Specifications include, but are not limited to: The software used to store Pavement Condition Index (PCI) data is called Lucity, most in-house analysis is done through MS Excel. The awarded firm shall provide staff that possess a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license. The license may be issued from any US state. The Town of Greenwich maintains a GIS database of public roads in ESRI ArcMap. The shape file of the Town’s road segment network will be provided to the awarded firm. The awarded firm will be given notice to begin work upon finalization of the contract. The final product shall consist of a database of all street segments, the respective functional class, dimensions, and final PCI values. The Town will provide previous versions of the PCI data to the awarded firm.
