Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work to be performed by the Contractor consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide vehicle repair and maintenance operations. All maintenance adjustments and repairs shall be in compliance with the latest ASE codes and supplements. Time involved in either traveling to City property or in obtaining supplies/equipment cannot be included in “billable time” for any work performed. Any lubricants used shall comply with the equipment manufacturer's specifications for the particular facility. The Contractor shall perform all repairs on such equipment with OEM components only, unless specifically directed by City Staff that one or more components may be non-OEM. Bidders shall have direct access to OEM repair components, and shall be able to provide evidence of on-hand inventory repair components, consisting of not less than 50% OEM product.
