Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Authority finds it necessary to contract for professional licensed environmental services for various redevelopment, development, new construction, acquisition including renovations, disposition and demolitions, Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) and remediations. The selected firm or firms shall have qualifications and experience to perform the scope of work for one or more of the following described disciplines. Request for services shall be made by the authority on a project-by-project basis under a Task Order approved by the Authority specifying a detailed scope of work, schedule, budget and performance measurements. All task orders shall be prepared based on the approved schedule of fees of this Contract and in accordance with each task order. On an as needed basis, Consultant shall provide the following oncall services: ▪ Phase I Environmental Site Assessment. ▪ Phase II Environmental Site Assessment. ▪ Phase III Environmental Site Assessment. ▪ Asbestos Containing Materials Identification & Testing. ▪ Lead Based Paint Identification and XRF Testing.
