Bidder to Include Replacing the Existing Door into the Goodman House with a Three (3) Hour Rated Door & Frame, Door to have Fire Rated Vision Panel (No-Wire). Add Alternate No. 3 Fire Sprinkler System To Goodman House as Shown on MEP Plans. This Remains Contingent upon Building Department Approval, As the Goodman House Is A Separate Fire Area, That Fire Sprinklers Are Not Required As Part Of The Basic Work.
