Specifications include, but are not limited to: Access to and from the space will occur through the corridor directly to the south of the space. Parking for tenant employees and visitors are the responsibility of the tenant. Monthly utility expenses will be included in the base lease amount. Monthly phone, internet and Information Technology is the responsibility of the tenant. Security will be the responsibility of the tenant and not provided by Capital’s police. All space and infrastructure improvements required for the tenant will be funded by the tenant. All space improvements will require CSCU approval. All signage and widow graphics may require approval of the Hartford Historical Commission.
