Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Waterbury Healthy Homes Program (WHHP) is undertaking a lead-based paint abatement project located at 50 Concord Street in Waterbury, Connecticut. The Site building consists of a single family residential building. The interior of the dwelling along with the exterior areas have been comprehensively tested for lead-based paint. Toxic levels of lead-based paint were identified on various components and surfaces throughout. One (1) child under the age of six (6) years old resided in the dwelling at the time of inspection. Lead-based paint abatement is required for the dwelling and exteriors. All work specified in the Scope of Work must be performed by a State of Connecticut licensed Lead Abatement Contractor. There are no known lead-based paint abatement orders or notice of violations on the inspected Site building.
