Specifications include, but are not limited to: The fuel tank replacement at Department of Public Works. A. Provide (3) 8,000 gallon Concrete Aboveground Fuel Storage Tanks approved for listing under U.L. Standard 2085 – Aboveground Tanks, Protected Type, Secondary containment with Vehicle Impact and Projectile Resistance. Unit must comply with all provisions of U.F.C. 79-7, Appendix A-II-F. The tank and its enclosure shall be a completed unit at the factory (shop fabricated). The tank system shall be approved for Stage I Vapor Recovery regulation, section 22a-174-30a of the Regulation of Connecticut State Agency (RCSA). B. Replacement of submersible pumps and aboveground piping. C. Installation of (1) piping transition sump where the aboveground piping is attached to the existing underground pipe.
