Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services of a Consulting Architectural Engineering firm to provide services to perform the necessary research, field work and computations to prepare a Property/Topographic survey of the Site located at 774 East Main Street. The survey will depict the property boundaries with respect to buildings, roadways, structures, walls, curbs, sidewalks, fences, striping, signs, tree lines, and surface evidence of utilities. Contours will be depicted at one-foot intervals with spot elevations in critical areas. Underground utilities will be compiled and plotted from evidence of visible surface locations and available record drawings, including sewer and water connection locations. If awarded, all invoicing must contain a descriptive explanation for the work performed along with any quantity and price calculation if applicable, and relevant back up information attached demonstrating compliance with approved purchase items, services and dollars.
