Specifications include, but are not limited to: Deliveries shall be: DAILY, 3 TIMES PER LUNCH in conjunction with the Greenwich High School lunch schedule. Sample Delivery Schedule for Greenwich High School: Delivery #1 - 11:20 for lunch wave #1 and #2 Delivery #2 - 11:50 for lunch wave #2 and #3 Delivery #3 - 12:20 for lunch wave #3 and #4 Delivery is to include Thermal Bags or Similar to store Pizza and maintain product quality during service. No help for unloading will be provided by the Board of Education, and suppliers should notify their delivery person(s) accordingly. All pizza products received damaged or broken must be replaced or credited without additional charge to the Board of Education. All pizza products shall be processed and distributed under the most sanitary conditions. All ingredients shall be manufactured, handled and distributed in accordance with laws and regulations of the state and community. The Food Service Department reserves the rights to inspect the physical operation and may also request Health Inspection reports from the Department of Health, Town of Greenwich.
