Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town is requesting hourly labor rates for repairs to any Town Volvo equipment that may be required. Bidder shall itemize any travel or per diem charges, etc., which the Town will incur in addition to the hourly rate. The labor rates shall remain in effect for the two-year period. There is no guarantee for future repair work. Work will be done on an as needed basis and a separate purchase order will be issued for each job as needed. If work is performed at the successful bidder’s location it will be the Town’s responsibility to transport the equipment to that location. The cost for the Town to transport the equipment shall be calculated and factored in to determine the low bidder. For each repair job, the successful bidder will submit an estimate of labor hours and cost of materials. The bidder must have in his shop all parts that he anticipates will be required to complete a repair job prior to scheduling the work.
