Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor must provide service to the Town within three hours of receipt of a purchase order, seven days a week. The Contractor must provide all of the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to service the Parks Department with the following or related work on an as needed basis: 1. Irrigation a) Pipe break repair b) Wire tracking and repair c) Sprinkler head repair d) Sprinkler head adjustments e) V a! ve repair f) Control box troubleshooting g) Control box repair or replacement 2. Drainage a) Pipe break repair b) Pipe blockage clearing c) Pipe blockage repair d) Drain collapse repair e) New drain installation 3. Equipment Rental with Experienced Operator a) John Deere 3320 4WD tractor with a 300 CX Front End Loader b) Land Pride multi-tined 90-degree angle tiller c) Southern Laser Level with 360-degree sensor The Contractor must open the Town of Greenwich irrigation systems in spring, and close the systems in the fall. The irrigation system locations have four (4) to twelve (12) sprinkler heads per location.
