Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Analyze and Screen the Emerging and Diverse Manager Firms 1. The respondent(s) will analyze the Global Equity and/or Global Fixed Income markets periodically in order to identify relevant sub-asset class strategies and opportunities (as defined in Section 1). 2. Identify and track high-potential sub-managers by consistently screening the emerging & diverse manager universe based on, but not limited to: a. Quality and experience of the management teams b. Investment strategies capable of taking advantage of current and/or future market conditions c. Strong historical risk-adjusted relative and absolute performance B. Perform Due Diligence 1. Perform due diligence and document the analysis process for each prospective sub-manager. The due diligence process should include, but is not limited to, obtaining evidence of and analyzing the following: a. Fund and Investment Analysis 1. Key drivers of prior successes and failures and their relevance to future investment performance 2. Key portfolio risks and the measures required to mitigate them
