Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a comprehensive preschool curriculum that includes lessons, resources, and assessments built of the Connecticut Early Learning and Development Standards. The curriculum, instruction, assessment, and materials must be strongly aligned to the Early Learning and Development Standards specifically. The program must include individualized curricula for the three-year old and four-year old learner. The program must have strong supports for English Language Learners. The program must have a bilingual component for speakers of other languages. The program must include differentiation for students with special needs and Individual Education Program as well as, students identified as accelerated learners.
